Just3Things contains filters to the left of any page that can be used to display OKRs in a way that makes them easier to digest and more relevant to you. Using these filters, you can customise your views to ensure you can focus on the tasks that matter most to you. Filters also persist now for each page, so you no longer need to set them up every time you revisit a page.
In this article, we'll talk about each of the filter options, what they do, and a demonstration of how it looks when each filter is active/inactive.
Please note: When modifying your filters, you may notice some of these options cause the page to expand or contract. You may also see additional information appear such as the initiatives that live under some Key Results.
Expand/Collapse OKRs - Expanding & collapsing your OKRIs allows you to see more or less information at-a-glance:
Display OKRs - You can modify the layout of the OKRs by selecting to display them 'In Strategic pillars', 'In a Grid with Strategies', or 'In a grid without Strategies':
'OKR Health - RAG' - You can choose which OKRs to display based on their Red, Amber or Green status:
'Status' - This is in relation to the due date of the OKR. You can choose to hide/display goals that are currently active, overdue, are due to begin in the future, have been completed or are archived:
'Priorities' - This allows you to hide/display your OKRs by priority:
'People' - You can select which OKRs to display by individual ownership by hiding the individuals you don't want to view in this dropdown menu.
'Teams' - As with the 'People' option above, you can also hide and display teams to focus on what they're working on:
'Strategies' - You can also hide strategies that aren't relevant to you:
