To add or remove user or update their personal details, you'll need to contact Just3Things Support by emailing support@just3things.com and attaching a spreadsheet containing a list of the users and their relevant details. 

Please note: In order to carry out the changes efficiently, we use a .csv file to allow for bulk editing. You can obtain a basic template of the spreadsheet here.

The headers in the template are explained as follows:

User ID - This is a unique ID number for each user. Typically clients might choose to use the same IDs in J3T as they use in their organisation, however if necessary, we can randomly generate one for them. 

First name - The user’s first name, as they want it to appear in the system. This can include middle names, if they want. 

Last name - The user’s last name.

Job Title - The user’s job title

Email address - Their work email address that they will use to log into J3T. 

Termination Date - In the case that a user must be removed from the system, we ask for the termination date. (The date cannot be in the future.) 

Reports to Manager - We can set a user to show as reporting to another user, i.e their manager. Simply add the manager’s email address or their User ID (if it is known) to this column.

Comment - Please add a comment to describe the change you want to make to the user, i.e 'Change of name'. 

If you are unsure of the current status of your users, you can also request a data export from a J3T representative via the Intercom prompt or by emailing support@just3things.com.
