Frequently Asked Questions:

Q: What if I want to prioritise more than 3 goals?
A: We don't recommend prioritising more than 3 goals. For example, if you have more than 3 priorities, which ones become the priority? The more priorities you have, the less focus you have on achieving them as you're spreading yourself too thinly.

Q: I have set my team priorities but now I also need to set the same priorities on my personal goal page. Why aren't they linked?
A: Your team as a whole might have different priorities to you and we want to ensure you have the flexibility to declare priorities at individual & team level.

Q: I haven't prioritised 3 goals but when I attempt to prioritise a goal, I get an error message. Why?
A: If you are certain you can't prioritise 3 goals, please contact your J3T support representative.
